Timelines vary with each family's situation. A first conversation can be arranged within a few days. Custody arrangements and mediation support depend on the complexity of the matter and the pace that suits both parties. We never rush decisions that affect families.
What are the fees and what do they include? +
Our First Conversation is ฿1,500 and includes a written summary of options discussed. Custody and Support Arrangements begin at ฿2,720, including preparation and supportive communication. Mediation Support and Drafting is ฿4,090, covering document preparation and guidance. All fees are in Thai Baht and discussed openly before we begin.
Do you handle matters for international families based in Bangkok? +
Yes. We work with Thai families and international residents and expatriate families living in Bangkok. Our consultations are conducted in English. Where cross-border legal considerations arise, we will note these and advise on next steps.
What if the other party is not willing to cooperate? +
We will discuss your situation openly during your first conversation and help you understand all the paths available, including those that do not require the other party's cooperation. Our aim is to help you feel informed and supported, whatever the circumstances.
